Quick and easy transmission tune-up services offered by specialty service centers for as low as $29.95 gets many people into greater trouble later with their transmission. Oh no. We’re not implying they will sabotage anything…but they may as well. You see, they prey on people who believe they are getting their transmissions repaired. These so-called transmission specialty service centers know that customers believe they’re getting their transmission repaired when in fact the transmission tune-up is merely a maintenance item. It is never to be considered a substitute for repairing any transmission problem. Irreparable damage could be done to your car as a result of transmission tune-up services which lead customers to believe their problem is fixed… only to find out the hard way, their problem grew into very expensive numbers.
